There will be a temporary road closure of 2nd Street from the Bridge to Main Street. The City’s of Rochester’s contractor, Bowen Paving, will be removing three inches of asphalt off the roadway, starting on October 7 (pending weather). Then the road will be repaved on October 8 and 9.
