Brad Keselowski, of Rochester Hills, followed a tried-and-true restrictor plate track philosophy to his fourth career Talladega Superspeedway win in a wild, wreck-filled GEICO 500 on Sunday afternoon.
When all was said and done, 35 of 40 cars were involved in a wreck—and the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion wasn’t on that list. With a fast car and constant help from spotter Joey Meier, BK stayed up front, kept his White Lite clean and drove all the way to Victory Lane. He joined a class of just four drivers with two wins on the year, putting him in exclusive company in the race for the 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup.
