ROCHESTER, MI – The AmpuTeam Spartans from Wright & Filippis will take on the Crittenton Hospital All Stars in a basketball game on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at St. John Lutheran School 1011 W. University Drive, in Rochester. The Crittenton team is comprised mostly of staff from Rehabilitation Services. The inpatient rehab unit recently renewed CARF accreditation with newly designated status of a certified Stroke Center.
The doors open at 5:30pm with tip off at 6:00pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Filippis Foundation and the Crittenton Hospital Medical Center Foundation. Suggested donations at the door are: $10 for adults, $5 for kids and seniors. Halftime activities will feature a 50/50 drawing, a silent auction and pizza and snacks for sale.
