On Wednesday, August 31, 2016, Oakland County Board Chairman Michael J. Gingell presented a proclamation to AT & T Corporation’s Director of External Affairs Robert Jones for his company’s tremendous support and financial donations to many Oakland County charities and non-profit organizations.
