Rochester Hills resident turns himself in for outstanding warrant On Thursday, April 17 around noon, a 57-year-old Rochester Hills resident came to the police station to turn himself in for a misdemeanor drug warrant from Huron County. The subject posted $350 in bond, the Huron County Sherriff’s Office canceled the warrant, and the man was released. Take a look: 88-year-old resident falls victim to phone scam On Tuesday, March 18, Rochester Police learned of a case involving fraud. The 88-year-old resident told police he received a phone call about winning $500,000 and a new Mercedes vehicle. 2014 Quilt Celebration show takes stage April 11-12

Next month, quilters, guild members and novices alike will gather for the 2014 Quilt Celebration quilt show to showcase their stitchery and marvel at the gallery.
