B. Siegel Company’s fine-clothing store in Detroit was originally Heyns Bazaar, until Benjamin Siegel purchased it in the late 1800’s and changed the store’s name. The Woodward Avenue shop was reputed to be the finest and most complete suit and cloak store in America until the company filed for bankruptcy in 1981.
