Monday was Lagnaippe in Downtown Rochester. A event to kick off the holiday season – thousands of people came to town and flooded the streets to see all the festivities – the highlight was when the Big, Bright Light Show got turned on.
Santa, Carolers, Reindeer, and Big Bright Lights welcomed the crowds.
