Laugh away the mid-winter blues with “tried and true funny guy” Billy Ray Bauer at Older Persons’ Commission (OPC). On February 21, at 7:00 p.m., Bauer will perform a comedy set covering everything from growing up locally to raising four boys in the 21st Century.

Billy Ray Bauer’s career has earned him an impressive list of venues including the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom show, and performances with Tim Allen, Drew Carey, and Lewis Black. His honest, call-it-how-he-sees it humor is sure to resonate with any crowd.

Bauer’s self-described ‘skewed’ view of growing up in Metro Detroit is just the beginning of his antics. He has combined wacky impressions and regional dialects to get audiences rolling. An evening of Billy Ray will take you on a comedic journey, encouraging laughter not only at his jokes, but at ourselves too.

Tickets for this fun evening are $15 per person and can be purchased by calling 248-608-0251. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. with appetizers and refreshments provided. 650 Nite Club events are monthly at OPC and feature a variety of musicians, comedians, and performers.
