Plans are well underway for the 2nd Annual Downtown Rochester Festival of Trees, November 20-22. The Downtown Rochester Festival of Trees is a holiday spectacular unlike any other, featuring trees, wreaths, stockings, tablescapes and more designed and donated by the Metro Detroit community. New to the event this year are centerpieces and gingerbread houses.
Organizers are seeking businesses, organizations, individuals and families to donate their time and talents to this year’s event. Over 40 designers have already committed to this year’s event selecting creative themes that include The Polar Express, Harry Potter, New Year’s Eve and even The Big, Bright Light Show!
The Festival of Trees Designers Packet can be downloaded at www.DowntownRochesterMi.com. The deadline to participate is Wednesday, September 30.
The Downtown Rochester Festival of Trees will kick-off at the Rochester Community House on Friday, November 20 with the Cocktail Preview, and will be open to the public November 21 & 22. All proceeds benefit The Big, Bright Light Show.
