Looking for Young Artists for Art of Auburn Contest

Turning Auburn Road into their Canvas Starting February 1, Rochester Hills students, as well as those attending Rochester and Avondale public schools, are invited to submit their art to the "Art of Auburn" Contest. Multiple winners will get to see their artwork featured directly on the asphalt surface of Auburn Road.  To participate, artists grades K-12 will be able to submit artwork to illustrate the theme "What Community Means to Me." New, Free Interactive Addition at the Paint Creek Center for the Arts

Marbles Away! A new “clinking” sound can be heard in the gallery at Paint Creek Center for the Arts thanks to a new, free interactive addition to the Palette & Brush Exhibition. Exhibition visitors carry a cup of colored marbles through the exhibition. Whenever an exhibit piece moves them, they select a marble that corresponds to their emotion and place it into a clear tube located next to each piece of art.
