The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) expects to close Adams Road from Avon Road to Walton Blvd. in Rochester Hills on Monday, July 13, for guard rail and bank stabilization work. The road is being closed due to its narrowness in this section. Work is being completed by RCOC Highway Maintenance staff. The closure is expected to last approximately two weeks. Livernois Road Reconstruction The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC), in partnership with the City of Rochester Hills, expects to begin reconstruction on Livernois Road, from Avon Road to Walton Road, on June 19.
