The Road Commission of Oakland County (RCOC) will conduct a traffic study to see if the traffic light on Southbound Livernois Road, just south of Timberlea, warrants removal. The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will close Adams Road - south of Rochester Hills - to southbound traffic between South Boulevard and Square Lake Road on the Troy/Bloomfield Township border beginning August 8 for road resurfacing. Bloomer Road will be under construction beginning Monday, July 9, and concluding on Wednesday, July 11. The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will close South Boulevard between Coolidge Highway and Adams Road in the communities of Troy and Rochester Hills for the Borden Drain culvert replacement beginning July 16.
