The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will close South Boulevard between Coolidge Highway and Adams Road in the communities of Troy and Rochester Hills for the Borden Drain culvert replacement beginning July 16. An Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputy was hit by a passing car this morning at 7:40 a.m. in front of Rochester Adams High School on Tienken Rd. east of Adams Rd. in the City of Rochester Hills. The Deputy was policing another car accident which had occurred earlier at that location when a second accident occurred.
