Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) will host an outdoor concert with the up-and-coming Indie Rock band The Dartmoors on Saturday, June 19, at 2:00 p.m. in Rochester Rotary Gateway Park, 500 Olde Towne Road on the library grounds.
