Health and Healing Chiropractic, owned by Dr. Kathy Whitmore, joined forces with Rainbow Connection during the holiday season to collect gifts for children with life-threatening illnesses. Throughout December, new toys and monetary donations were dropped off at the Health and Healing office in downtown Rochester. 
The Rainbow Connection invites the community to share in the magic of making holiday wishes come true for Michigan children with life threatening illnesses on Tuesday, November 30 for a holiday open house and toy drive.
Toys were then dispersed at the Rainbow Connection holiday party, as Christmas gifts to Wish Children and parents. The Rainbow Connection is a 25-year-old company that devotes its services to fulfilling dreams for Michigan youth that suffer from critical sickness. Since its inception, the non-profit organization has granted more than 2,000 wishes, including meeting the President of the United States.
