Through Dec. 23, Whitmore is accepting new toys and monetary donations at the Health and Healing office, located at 226 Walnut Drive, in downtown Rochester. he Rainbow Connection invites the community to share in the magic of making holiday wishes come true for Michigan children with life threatening illnesses on Tuesday, November 30 for a holiday open house and toy drive.
The Rainbow Connection is hosting the open house from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. at its home office located at 621 West University in Rochester. Guests are invited to bring their unwrapped gifts and gift cards to place under the 2010 Wish Giving Tree and enjoy festive refreshments with the staff and volunteers of the Rainbow Connection.
Toys will be dispersed at the Rainbow Connection holiday party, as Christmas gifts to Wish Children and parents. The Rainbow Connection is a 25-year-old company that devotes its services to fulfilling dreams for Michigan youth that suffer from critical sickness.�
