The City of Rochester is issuing a snow emergency effective 9:15 a.m. on January 28, 2019 until 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 29. All vehicles must be removed from the streets immediately. Parking will be permitted after 9:00 .a.m on Tuesday, January 29. If you do not have a driveway, please contact the Rochester Police Department’s non-emergency number 248-651-9621 for guidance.
