Henderson’s Light
Wednesday, March 23, 7:00 PM

Join us for an evening with Jack Torry, author of Henderson’s Light, a story of an all-American tragedy. On a chilly January evening in 1965 in Birmingham, Michigan, a Buick Skylark with five teenagers was struck head-on by a Ford Galaxy driven by a young man who had been drinking. Three of those teenagers and the driver of the Ford were killed. Aftereffects of the crash are still reverberating among the survivors who were left to deal with the realities of a terrible tragedy.  One more episode in the continuing American story of drunk driving and its consequences.
