County Official Honors Dr. Mona Hanna Attisha for Advocacy and Sounding the Alarm About High Lead Levels in Flint Water

Oakland County Commissioner David Woodward honored Dr. Attisha for demonstrating great courage when she demonstrated that there was lead contamination in the Flint water supply through her research of testing the children’s blood levels before and after comparison of  the drinking water supply before the switch from the Detroit Water System/Great Lakes Water Authority to the Flint River/Flint Water System.
