Crittenton Hospital Opened in 1967

Back in February, Rochester Media reported that “The Crittenton Hospital Medical Center Board of Trustees selected Ascension Health Michigan to be the new owner of the hospital pending a six-month due diligence and strategic planning process to work out the details of the transaction.” As of today, Crittenton is officially part of Ascension Health Michigan.

Via a statement released on Monday, Robert Henkel, CEO of Ascension Health in St. Louis, “We look forward to welcoming the associates, physicians and clinicians of Crittenton to Ascension and Ascension Michigan.
