Detroit Historical Society Looking for Personal Stories About 1967 Detroit Riots

Forty-eight years ago 43 people were killed, hundreds injured, and over  2,000 buildings were burned during the five-day riots in Detroit.

Now, the Detroit Historical Society is looking for people to share their personal stories about the 1967 Detroit Riot for an exhibition that will open in September 2016.
