Registered attendees at Rochester Hills Public Library’s annual Polar Express celebration on December 7, will receive a reusable keep-sake water bottle donated when they pick up their pre-registered tickets for the event.
The donation highlights the importance of reducing plastic waste while giving families a cherished keep-sake from the Polar Express event.
“The plastic pollution crisis is undeniable, and as a library that strives each day to do better by our planet, we are grateful for HealthQuest’s donation of reusable water bottles,” said Youth Services Manager Betsy Raczowski. “They have been a continuous advocate for our library and a positive presence within our community.
“At HealthQuest Physical Therapy, being an environmental leader has been a principle we have worked at,” said Tim Ames, PT, owner/director at HealthQuest. “The donation of reusable water bottles supports our local library and its mission to reduce waste at their events.”
“With the increasing spotlight on the global plastic waste crisis, we felt this was an excellent opportunity to contribute to the library’s premier family event while making a positive impact on our environment,” said Mark Kast, MPT, owner/director at HealthQuest.
“We are proud to be able to support the Rochester Hills Public Library with this donation. We believe they are a valued resource in this community and appreciate the amazing events they host for our families, like the Polar Express,” said Heather Asti, MPT, owner/director at HealthQuest.
During Polar Express families can have their photo taken with Santa, take a trolley ride through the Big Bright Light Show, and enjoy crafts and other activities.
