Looking for farm fresh flavors this winter? Look no further than the Downtown Rochester Winter Farmers’ Market.
The market will conveniently take place indoors at the Rochester Fire Department. The Fire Department is located at 277 Second Street, directly across the street from the regular farmers’ market lot.
“We’re excited to move the Holiday Farmers’ Market to Thursday evenings. It gives attendees the chance to not only enjoy the market but, a full evening of fun in Downtown Rochester. Enjoy the market, the other shops and restaurants in downtown as well as, The Big, Bright Light Show,” said Taylor Clayton, Market Manager of the Downtown Rochester Farmers’ Market. “Take this opportunity to shop with us on Thursday to stock up on farm fresh groceries for the weekend, for a dish to pass or maybe even a holiday gift.”
The market will be taking place from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays through December 20.
The Holiday Farmers’ Market will feature a variety of fresh produce and specialty foods, including gourmet coffee, salsa, custard pies, chocolates, French cuisine. As well as, holiday greens, soaps and other artisan specialties.
