Early Childhood Caregiver Training @ the RHPL

Do you feel overwhelmed parenting little ones? Are you bored? Running out of ideas for children’s activities? Have you hit a bad behavior cycle and can’t seem to get out of it? Are you a grandparent babysitting your grandkids? Then join Margaret Sclesky of Oakland Family Services for monthly training sessions on early childhood development and early literacy skills:

December: Language Development.

January: Fingerplays, Songs, & Rhymes.

February: Movement & Prewriting Skills.

All attendees will receive certificates of participation; hours can be counted towards yearly training requirements.

Registration begins two weeks prior to each session. Register all adults attending. To register call 248-650-7146; No online registration.

Residents of Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township, don’t miss these exciting events at Rochester Hills Public Library. Each child who registers for library programs must have his or her own library card and be a resident of Rochester, Rochester Hills, or Oakland Township. Registration is online.
