Everyday Heroes from America’s Past

July 28, 2015 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Come to the Multipurpose Room and learn about two unsung heroes from our country’s past. The first, a baker who helped win the American Revolution by baking gingerbread for the troops. The second, a woman who cut her hair, dressed as a man, became a Civil War soldier and spy! Then you can decorate a gingerbread cookie, play some games and make some crafts. Online registration begins on July 21 at 9 a.m. Register all children ages 7-12 attending.
