Learn About the Benefits of Essential Oils
October 6, 2015 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Kim Lalley will present a program on essential oils on Tuesday, October 6 at 7 p.m. at the Rochester Hills Public Library.
Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. Essential oils can lift the mood, calm the senses, and elicit powerful emotional responses. They have been used throughout history in many cultures for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits. Kim Lalley will explain how to use the oils, how often to use, and how to apply.
Registration is required and open to those with a Rochester Hills Public library card. To register go to the Events Calendar at www.RHPL.org, or call 248-656-2900.
