Rochester Garden Club hosts inter-club dinner

The Rochester area has many talented and motivated people who volunteer for non-profit and charitable organizations dedicated to improving our community. These groups annually meet for a gala dinner, sponsored by the Community Organization Resource Exchange (CORE), to learn about the good works and goals of local organizations, while fostering cooperation and action. This year, the Rochester Garden Club is hosting this special evening, which will include a delightful dinner at the elegant Royal Park Hotel.

The featured speaker is Michele Hodges, President of the Belle Isle Conservancy, whose timely program will be “Belle Isle State Park – Shining a Light on Its Magnificence.”  All are invited to this informative event on Thursday evening, April 24 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $38. To register, email Colleen at rochestergardenclub1@gmail.com. Registration deadline is Monday, March 31.
