Tonight: Special Prayer Vigil for Brussels Terror Attack to be incorporated with
“4th Annual Muhammad Messenger of Peace Symposium”
America’s oldest Muslim organization to denounce Brussels Terror attacks, hold a vigil& observe moment of silence, and discuss and promote the true teachings of Muhammad and Islam at Henry Ford College in Dearborn
Yesterday’s terror attack in Brussels that has left over 35 dead and over 100 wounded is a tragic and barbaric act against humanity. The Metro Detroit Chapter of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA condemns these attacks and will offer prayers and sympathies to those affected during tonight’s Muhammad: Messenger of Peace Conference at Henry Ford College in Dearborn MI.
“We grieve with our fellow human beings. This wasn’t just an attack on Brussels, it was an attack on humanity itself.” Says Dr. Mansoor Qureshi, President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Merto Detroit, “There is no basis for these barbaric actions in Islam, and we must all come together to promote peace and justice in our world”
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Metro Detroit will host a symposium at Henry Ford College on the 23rd of March (Tonight) that will provide a glimpse into the life and character of the Prophet of Islam and dispel any myths and false narratives perpetuated in society by both Muslims and Non-Muslims. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community’s objective is to facilitate a dialogue and understanding among community leaders and leaders within academia to promote a true picture of Muhammad.
