The 32nd annual Michigan Fine Arts Competition (MFAC)

MFAC will exhibit from Friday, May 16 through Friday, July 11 with a free opening reception 6-8 p.m. on May 16.

May brings flowers, workshops, classes, new creativity and the excitement of the Michigan Fine Arts Competition to the BBAC. This year’s competition will proudly showcase 110 works of art by 81 artists.

“We’re extremely pleased to host this show and see such diverse talent from Midwest artists showcasing truly ‘contemporary’ art that’s been created in the past year,” said Annie VanGelderen, President & CEO of the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center. “The Michigan Fine Arts Competition is always one of our most popular exhibits, and we look forward to seeing art enthusiasts from the region and neighboring states.”
