Fall back into fun at the Rochester Hills Public Library

Residents of Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township, don’t miss these exciting events at Rochester Hills Public Library. All youth programs are funded by the Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library. Registration is online. Each child who registers for library programs must have his or her own library card and be a resident of Rochester, Rochester Hills, or Oakland Township. Birth to age 5 with a caregiver

Friday, November 2, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Register online for this program filled with early literacy activities. You’ll follow your child’s lead and do some (or all!) of the activities. Things might get messy, so dress accordingly. Children should be registered with their own library card, and must be accompanied by an adult. If you miss registration, the room will be opened up at 11:00 if there is space and materials are available. Online registration begins October 26.

Multipurpose Room
Spend part of your morning with popular author Gordon Korman!  Join us as he speaks to upper elementary and middle school students.  Books will be available for purchase at the Friends Library Store beginning October 1.  Online registration begins October 30.

Multipurpose Room

Register all children attending. Using familiar songs and stories children will have a chance to learn about sign language. This fun and active three-week musical program is for children five and younger, and their caregivers.  Online registration begins October 31.

Story Room

Register all children and adults attending. Join us for stories, songs and general merriment! Online registration begins November 1.
