OUCARES to host 14th annual Family Fun Day March 25
Created for families of individuals with autism spectrum disorders, the event will take place from noon to 4:00 p.m. in the Oakland University Recreation Center. A sensory room staffed by professionals from Kaufman Children’s Center will be available, and families can learn about available resources and meet with representatives from more than 20 autism-related organizations.
Through numerous recreational programs, camps, and support services for families and inclusion in the community, OUCARES encourages the exchange of ideas relating to autism spectrum disorders and fosters improved quality of life for individuals impacted by autism, their families, and our community.
The event is free and open to all ages. For more information, contact the OUCARES office at (248) 370-2424 or oucares@oakland.edu.
