Now that gardens are in full bloom, it is time to learn how to bring some of that floral beauty inside and display it to the best advantage. The members of the Rochester Garden Club are offering a workshop to help do just that.
On July 27, from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the Calf Barn of the Rochester Museum at Van Hoosen Farms, the Rochester Garden Club will present a demonstration on flower arranging that will teach design, mechanics, and new ideas in floral arranging. Each participant will create a unique arrangement to take home using materials provided.
Door prizes, handouts, a raffle, and refreshments are included. Space is limited and registration is required. Please call 586-337-0897 to register. Cost is $45.
