Juliette Peace is 4 years old, yet she cannot walk, talk, stand up or communicate
Juliette has recently been diagnosed with Rett Syndrome, (a postnatal neurological disorder) and a severe case of epilepsy, (a condition of the brain that causes seizures), preventing her from developing the skills needed to function and communicate with her family. She will soon need a wheelchair and wheelchair accessible van. Funds are also needed for the many medical bills, along with costs that come with the recent acquisition of Juliette’s service dog, Romeo.
Family and friends to host YOU’VE GOT A FRIEND IN ME bowling fundraiser
Juliette responds to anything related to the movie TOY STORY. Family and friends have volunteered their time to host a “You’ve Got A Friend In Me” bowling fund-raiser to help offset some of these costs. Right now, you can pre-purchase tickets to support the Peace family and bowl on Saturday, June 11, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Just $20 dollars a ticket allows you to bowl for 3 hours, includes shoes with 2 slices of pizza and a single serving of soda. If you don’t care to bowl, you can still attend and enjoy pizza and soda for $10 a ticket. Classic Lanes of Rochester Hills has asked that you pre-purchase tickets and arrive early to insure a lane assignment and shoes.
Many local businesses are getting involved with sponsorship of lanes, free giveaways, raffles and entertainment. To come out and bowl or have a sponsorship package emailed to you, please contact: Shannon Johnson, mattshanj@att.net 248-766-0929; Matt Johnson, mattdetroit@gmail.com 248-766-0805 or Heidi Whitney, photobugheidi@yahoo.com.
