Fun for Foodies during Downtown Rochester Restaurant Week

Foodies unite! The Downtown Rochester Restaurant Week kicks off Monday, February 27 through Sunday, March 4. Restaurant week will follow the Fire and Ice Fest and is another great opportunity to try a new restaurant or visit an old favorite.

During Restaurant Week, restaurants will offer a variety of special lunch promotions and a price-fixed menu for dinner (three courses for $20 or $30). Lunch will be served daily until 4:00 p.m. and dinner will be served from 4:00 p.m. until close.

Currently, there are ten restaurants participating, and fit into two categories: those serving lunch only and those serving lunch and dinner.

Lunch Only – Main Street Deli and Penn Station East Coast Subs

Lunch and Dinner – Brookshire Restaurant in the Royal Park Hotel, Hibachi House Bar & Grill (dinner only), Kruse & Muer on Main, Mr. B’s Food & Spirits, O’Conner’s Public House, Penny Black, Rochester Mills Beer Co., and Rojo Mexican Bistro.

Menus for participating restaurants will be posted on the official Restaurant Week webpage as more are added.

Foodies who also love to cook should pick up Recipes of Downtown Rochester – Savor the Seasons cookbook. The cookbook, created by the Rochester DDA, is a collection of beloved recipes from downtown business owners, employees and vendors from the Downtown Rochester Farmers’ Market. Cookbooks are on sale for $15 at the Rochester DDA, Studio One Salon, Simply the Best $10 Boutique, Lytle Pharmacy, and the Peppertree or online at www.DowntownRochesterMI.com.
