Grinnell’s Pianos

Once known as the largest piano factory on the earth, Grinnell’s Pianos opened its doors in Holly, Michigan, in 1913. The company lasted for nearly a century, thanks in part to its quality pianos and to its consistent community involvement hosting annual statewide music festivals.

  1. Any idea what became of the Holly Grinnell piano factory? Do you know when it closed? My elementary class went on a field trip there in the mid 1960’s. I got a couple of those square bolts that the piano wires are attached to, as souvenirs.
