Join the City of Rochester’s Department of Public Works (DPW) to put “prints on the plows.” The DPW is renowned for their ability to quickly clear Rochester streets, but this winter, kids can give them a “hand.” Visit the DPW Saturday, November 18, from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. for a free event and to leave a colorful handprint on the plows.
