They are looking for skiers and snowboarders who have solid skiing/riding skills that we can teach to teach. You do not have to have any previous experience or be an expert skier/snowboarder but you must have good athletic skills, be able to communicate, have the ability to adapt your skiing/snowboarding style and love to ski or ride.

You will spend two full days on the snow learning how to teach and working on improving your skiing/snowboarding skills. At the end of the second day, they will announce the names of those who we will take on as apprentices. They will take everyone our clinicians determine have or can develop the skills necessary to teach and will add something to positive to our schools.
