I Love My School One Thousand Dollar Grant Contest

Local School wins $1,000

Hamlin Elementary, in Rochester Hills, is a proud winner of the first annual “I Love My School $1,000 Grant Contest” sponsored by i9 Sports. i9 Sports is a multi-sport, youth sports league for kids ages three-14. Elementary students all over the Oakland and Macomb County area were asked to submit essays explaining why they love their school. One student from each school was awarded with a Kindle Fire for having the best, written essay.

My school should win 1000 dollars because my school is safe and the teachers care about there students. Also because our princeable is nice and cares about our school and all way making our school a better place. We need the money because we could use ne sports stuff. Are school has a very cool law system and student couincle. That is why I think the school needs the money.
