Recently, Rochester Hills Mayor Bryan K. Barnett swore-in nine new Firefighter/Paramedics. After taking their oath of office, they will complete a 12-week Firefighter Recruit Academy and become part of the Fire Department team tasked with the safety of everyone in the city.
Rochester Hills City Councilman Dale Hetrick said, “I’m proud to be a member the committee who recommended adding Firefighter/Paramedics, and equally proud our residents chose to approve funding for these soon-to-be well prepared professionals.”
