On August 18, after a month-long investigation, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office raided a Rochester Hills home where they seized 939 grams of heroin worth up to $400,000.
As a result of the investigation, Rochester Hills resident Christopher Dukes, 32, was arrested and charged one count of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance and one count of felony firearm possession. According to The Detroit News, Dukes has no prior criminal record.
