Henry Ford Big Band Featuring Karen Newman Perform at OPC Concert Fundraiser Supports Act of Kindness Program
Rick Goward and the Henry Ford Big Band return to the Older Persons’ Commission (OPC) on June 22. This annual fundraising event will feature well known Detroit vocalist Karen Newman. Proceeds benefit the Act of Kindness program designed to assist seniors with unexpected home repairs.

The Henry Ford Big Band and Karen Newman will entertain with big band favorites at 7:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be available at 6:30 p.m. Raffle prizes will be provided by community supporters. Tickets are $20.00 and available at the OPC, 650 Letica Drive, Rochester or by calling 248-659-1029. Open to the public.
