L. Brooks Patterson will be the guest speaker at the November 17th meeting of the Rochester Area
Republican Club (RARC). Brooks is one of a kind and his dedication to Oakland County goes far
beyond talking a good line at election time. Patterson’s leadership has brought national status to
Oakland County for its successful programs that have set the model for others to follow.
All Rochester area Republicans are welcome to attend. RARC meets on the third Thursday of each
month at the American Legion Hall, located at Third St. and Walnut in downtown Rochester, at
