Little House by the Creek Camp comes to the Rochester Hills Museum

The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm will be presenting Little House by the Creek Camp on Thursdays, July 18, August 1, and August 8.

candlesCampers work and play like yesterday as people might have in the 1800s – attending the schoolhouse that they loved, harvesting fruits and vegetables and ending each session exploring the “shimmering” creek. They might even visit the final resting place of the Taylor-Van Hoosen family. Campers should wear swim suits under shorts, wear tennis shoes and bring water wading shoes, bring sunscreen, a towel and a lunch. Space is limited and advance registration is required.

People can register for Little House by the Creek Camp by using the PayPal option on the Museum’s program page at www.rochesterhills.org/musprograms or by visiting the Museum on Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
