Rochester Hills Public Library Events for May 2016

Residents of Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township, don’t miss these exciting events at Rochester Hills Public Library. Each child must be registered under his or her own library card and be a resident of Rochester, Rochester Hills or Oakland Township. Registration is online. All registration begins one week prior to the scheduled program at 9 a.m., unless otherwise noted. All youth programs are funded by the Friends of the Rochester Hills Public Library. Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) Paperback Book Giveaway

Ages 3-18

Saturday, May 21, 1-4 p.m.

Multipurpose Room

No Registration Required

All residents of Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township who are between the ages of 3 & 18 on Saturday, May 21 are invited to come to the library to select a new, free paperback book. Per program rules, children are required to choose their own book without the assistance of their adult caregiver. Only children 18 & under will be allowed in the room. No registration needed.

Grades 3 and up

Saturday, May 21, 3-4 p.m.

Story Room

REGISTER ALL CHILDREN ATTENDING. Come play with photography and learn how to draw on a photo with glow sticks and flashlights
