The Rochester Hills Public Library will present a program on meditation on Tuesday, January 8 at 7:00 p.m. Medical practitioners have long identified stress as a root cause of many of our modern ailments, from high blood pressure and gastrointestinal problems to anxiety and depression. In this class offered by the Isha Foundation, the participants will learn a simple yet powerful 15-minute daily meditation practice called Isha Kriya. This meditation offers enhanced feelings of peace, calm, and clarity. It is supportive to overall health and well-being. No previous meditation experience is necessary
