Motor City Brew Tours to Host 6th Annual Cruisin’ for the Trails Spring Charity Bike Ride for Friends of the Paint Creek Trail Saturday, May 5, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Motor City Brew Tours in cooperation with the Friends of the Paint Creek Trail will be hosting the 6th Annual Cruisin’ for the Trails – Spring Charity Bike Ride on Saturday, May 5. $25 online in advance, $30 cash on the day of the event, call 248-825-3085.
The bike ride starts at Clubhouse BFD, located at 2265 Crooks Road, in Rochester Hills. Riders must be on the ride by 10:30 am. The event route will be along the Clinton River and Paint Creek Trails with a special Griffin Claw Brewing Company-Themed Rest Stop (Beer and Donuts) at the Paint Creek Cider Mill. Main Street Bicycles (mainstreetbicycles.com) at the Clubhouse BFD registration location and at the Paint Creek Cider Mill will provide bike support.
Adult participants will receive two complimentary beers (one at the Cider Mill and one at Clubhouse BFD in the outdoor patio area) and two fresh donuts at the Paint Creek Cider Mill. Additionally, the first 500 registered adults will receive a Motor City Brew Tours Logo Coaster.
After the ride, there will be food for purchase and a Griffin Claw Brewing Company party with a live band and drink specials in the parking lot of Clubhouse BFD. There will also be a charity raffle to win a special Griffin Claw Brewing Company Cruiser bike. Tickets will be offered for sale at the event.

The Friends of the Paint Creek Trail is a non-profit 501(c) (3) whose mission is to support the use, maintenance, and improvement of the Paint Creek Trail. Net proceeds from this event provide support for the Friends of the Paint Creek Trail. “We are so pleased to again have the support of Motor City Brew Tours and our new sponsor, Griffin Claw Brewing Company.
