We are so excited here at Rochester Media about the completion of our new logo. After several weeks of hard work and many brainstorming sessions, our team has emerged with a great new logo. Thanks to the expert work of graphic artist, Kim Woodard, the lead web consultant, Leonard Magro, consulting editor, Sarah Hovis, and the rest of the team here at Rochester Media our project was extremely successful! The logo, as you can see in the picture, is a clean “RM” and a slight image of a book or a publication of sorts underneath. We felt it was important that the viewer walked away with an idea of what we are all about. Since media can be in various forms today, print, digital, or video, we were concerned about giving off the impression that we only did print. However after several back and forth sessions, we all agreed that the “media” may vary, but the standard perception of the book or printed media sends the signal we are looking for.
