The residents along Maplehill north of Downtown Rochester are angry at the thought of a condo project going in at the end of their road. Maplehill is a dead end road along Orion Road, just north of Rochester Road.

Almost every front yard has a lawn sign, “No Condos on Maplehill” is the clear message.
The area in question is a wetland valley between Maplehill and the Kings Cove neighborhood.
Maplehill residents have started a Facebook Page to “Stop development of a new road & condos on our single-family residential street! Keep our dead-end road safe & preserve the natural beauty of Rochester.”
