Women’s Luncheon
Women’s Luncheon on August 25, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cattell Auditorium. Carson’s from the Village at Rochester Hills will be here to share with us some of the hot new trends for the fall. Drop-In Volleyball
Drop-in Volleyball is now being offered on Friday nights from 6-8:30 p.m. throughout the months of July & August. Cost is $2.
Aging Backward
New sessions of Essentrics Aging Backwards start in August. Essentrics helps with weight loss, improves posture, increases flexibility, rebalances the body and reduces pain. Classes are on Monday’s 5:15-6:15 p.m. (Aug. 8- Sept. 12) and Thursday 5:30-6:25 p.m. (Aug. 11- Sept. 15).
Swim Lessons at OPC
Did you know the OPC offers private swim lessons? Lessons are available for all levels of swimmers including individuals who have never swam before. Cost is $35 per hour. For more information please contact Jeremy at 248-608-0295.
Flu Shot Clinic
Save the Date for a Flu Shot Clinic at OPC on October 18 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the Ruth Cattell Auditorium.
The Older Persons’ Commission is a non-profit state-of-the-art senior community center for people 50+ in Rochester, MI. OPC offers nutrition and transportation services, senior resources, health and wellness programs, leisure travel, performing arts and intergenerational programs. The Health and Wellness Department amenities include a cardio and weight room, lap and therapy pool, fitness classes, walking track, personal training, Crittenton Wellness Center and full size gym.
