Patterson to Distribute Casual Day Donations to 17 Charities
What: Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson will distribute more than $26,000 to 17 local charities. The funds were collected throughout 2010 when Oakland County employees would donate a dollar to dress casually or wear jeans on casual day. A representative from each charity will be on hand to receive a check from Patterson.
