Preservation Piece by Piece

Learn what you can accomplish when you focus on the long view and plan to preserve your history and your natural resources piece-by-piece. As Addison Township worked to retain its rural character and its heritage, it also became one of the most desirable destinations in the county. Township Supervisor Bruce Pearson will share how progress was made by using the multiple preservation and conservation techniques, leveraging assets and engaging a community. Todd Elder, who restored the 4-story timber frame Lakeville Mill, will detail the step-by-step save.
